1. Introduction
These terms and conditions govern your use of this website and the coaching, advisory, and digital product services provided by Mo Fazlie (“I”, “we”, “our”). By using this website or purchasing our services, you agree to these terms.
2. Services
We provide NLP coaching, leadership advisory, corporate workshops, and digital learning resources for individuals and organisations. Our services are designed to support professional development and personal growth.
They do not constitute therapy, counselling, medical advice, financial advice, or legal advice. Coaching and therapy are different disciplines. Being clear about this distinction helps protect both you and us if a client later believes coaching should have addressed a clinical issue.
3. Bookings and Scheduling

Discovery calls are free, last approximately 30 minutes, and are subject to availability.

Coaching sessions are booked via our online scheduling system and are confirmed once payment has been received.

Sessions are delivered via Zoom unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Session times are scheduled in UK time (GMT/BST) unless otherwise agreed.
4. Pricing and Payment

All prices are displayed in pounds sterling (£) and are inclusive of VAT where applicable.

Payment is required in advance of each session or at the start of a package.

We accept payment via Stripe, PayPal, or bank transfer.

Package prices are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase. Unused sessions after this period will expire.
5. Cancellation and Rescheduling
We understand that plans can change. Our cancellation policy is:

More than 24 hours before a session:
Full reschedule at no cost, or credit applied to a future session. -
Less than 24 hours before a session:
The session is forfeited. No refund or reschedule. This applies to both single sessions and package sessions. -
No-show (no notice):
The session is forfeited. No refund or reschedule. -
Coach cancellation:
If we need to cancel, we will reschedule at a time convenient to you at no additional cost.
6. Refunds

Single sessions: Non-refundable once delivered. If cancelled with more than 24 hours’ notice before the session, a full refund or credit may be offered.

Packages: If you wish to discontinue a package before all sessions are used, a partial refund may be offered at our discretion, calculated at the single-session rate for any sessions already delivered. The difference between the package price paid and the single-session cost of delivered sessions will be refunded.

Digital products: Due to the nature of digital downloads, refunds are not available once the product has been delivered to your email.

7. Confidentiality
All coaching conversations are treated as confidential. We will not share the content of your sessions with any third party without your explicit written consent, except where required by law or where there is a genuine risk of harm to yourself or others.
Coaching session notes are stored securely and retained in line with our privacy policy.
8. Client Responsibilities
Coaching is a collaborative process. To get the best results, you agree to:

Attend sessions on time and be prepared to engage fully.

Complete any agreed actions between sessions.

Communicate openly and honestly during sessions.

Inform us if your circumstances change in a way that may affect the coaching relationship.

Seek appropriate professional support (medical, legal, financial, or other) for matters outside the scope of coaching.
9. Intellectual Property
All frameworks, tools, worksheets, digital products, and materials provided through our services remain the intellectual property of Mo Fazlie.
You are granted a personal, non-transferable licence to use these materials for your own professional and personal development. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or resell any materials without our prior written permission.
10. Limitation of Liability

We do not guarantee specific outcomes from coaching. Results depend on your commitment, circumstances, and actions.

We are not liable for any decisions you make, or actions you take or fail to take, as a result of coaching, advisory, workshop, or digital product engagement.

Our total liability in connection with any service shall not exceed the amount you have paid for that specific service.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by law.
11. Corporate Clients
For organisational services (including but not limited to workshops, retained advisory, and programme assurance), separate or additional terms may apply. These will be agreed in writing prior to engagement.
Unless a bespoke agreement is in place, these Terms & Conditions apply to individual coaching and digital product purchases.
12. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from or in connection with these terms or our services will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
13. Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated “Last updated” date.
Your continued use of this website or our services after any changes are made constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
