No. Coaching is forward-focused. We work on specific professional challenges — confidence, leadership, career progression, communication — using structured NLP techniques. I’m not a therapist and this isn’t a clinical service. If you’re dealing with something that needs clinical support, I’ll always be honest about that.

Not at all. I’ll explain every technique as we go. NLP is simply a set of practical tools for understanding how your thinking patterns drive your behaviour — and how to change them. Think of it as a structured operating system upgrade for how you communicate, lead, and make decisions.

Most sessions will be undertaken via Zoom, typically scheduled every two weeks, unless other on-site arrangements have been discussed. Session times will follow UK time (GMT/BST). You’ll receive session notes and an action plan after every session.

If you have a specific challenge or want to test the waters, start with a single 1:1 session. For a focused development area - like preparing for a promotion board or building leadership presence - the 4-session package gives us the space to create real change. For deep transformation or a career shift, the 8-session programme is where the most significant results happen. Not sure? That’s exactly what the discovery call is for.
