We process your personal data on the following legal grounds under UK GDPR:

  • Contractual necessity: When you book and pay for coaching services, we process your data to fulfil our contract with you.

  • Legitimate interest: We use website analytics to understand visitor behaviour and improve our services. This is balanced against your privacy rights.

4. How We Store and Protect Your Data

Your data is stored securely using industry-standard measures. Specifically:

  • Email data is held within our email marketing platform (such as Mailchimp or ConvertKit), which states that it complies with UK GDPR requirements.

  • Payment data is processed by providers such as Stripe or PayPal. We do not store your card details on our servers.

  • Coaching session notes are stored securely in encrypted files and retained for a maximum of 6 years in line with professional coaching standards, after which they are securely destroyed.

  • Website analytics data is collected by Google Analytics 4 using anonymised IP addresses.

5. Who We Share Your Data With

We do not sell your personal data to any third party. We may share your data with the following service providers who process data on our behalf:

  • Wix (website hosting)

  • Calendly or Wix Bookings (appointment scheduling)

  • Stripe or PayPal (payment processing)

  • Mailchimp or ConvertKit (email marketing)

  • Google Analytics (website analytics)

  • Zoom (online session delivery)

Each of these providers has its own privacy policy and data processing agreements in place.
