Service Description

A 60-minute scoping session designed for organisations, teams, and people leaders who want to explore how NLP-based coaching and training can improve team performance, communication, and leadership capability across their organisation. Every team has the same raw materials - talented people, clear objectives, and pressure to deliver. The difference between a high-performing team and a struggling one is rarely technical. It is the quality of communication, the presence (or absence) of psychological safety, and whether leaders have the tools to bring out the best in their people. Before the session, you will receive a short organisational context questionnaire covering team size, structure, key challenges, and what success looks like for you. If there are specific issues - conflict between senior stakeholders, a team going through restructuring, leadership pipeline development, or cross-functional communication breakdowns - this helps me prepare targeted recommendations. During the session, we will explore your organisation’s specific challenges and goals, and I will outline how NLP frameworks can be applied at team and organisational level. This includes bespoke team workshops on communication, influence, and stakeholder management; leadership coaching programmes for high-potential individuals or senior teams; train-the-trainer models for embedding NLP techniques across your organisation; and keynote or seminar delivery for conferences, away-days, and CPD events. After the session, you will receive a tailored proposal outlining recommended interventions, delivery options, timelines, and investment. All proposals are designed around your specific needs — there are no off-the-shelf packages. This session is ideal for HR directors, learning and development leads, programme directors, and senior leaders who recognise that the next level of team performance requires a shift in how their people think, communicate, and lead.
