4-Session Coaching Package

Service Description

Four 60-minute NLP coaching sessions designed to create real, measurable change across a focused development area - delivered over 4 to 8 weeks at a pace that works for you. A single session can unlock a breakthrough. But lasting transformation - the kind that changes how you lead, communicate, and perform under pressure - requires sustained focus. This package gives you the space and structure to go deeper, build on each session, and embed new patterns into your daily leadership practice. Before we begin, you will complete the full prework workbook and a more detailed intake questionnaire covering your professional context, leadership challenges, communication style, and development goals. This allows me to design a bespoke coaching arc tailored to your specific situation - not a generic programme. During the programme, each session builds on the last. Session 1 establishes your baseline, your priority challenge, and your desired outcome. Sessions 2 and 3 go deep into the NLP frameworks most relevant to your situation - whether that is anchoring for high-pressure performance, reframing limiting beliefs, calibrating rapport with difficult stakeholders, or sharpening your communication with meta model precision. Session 4 consolidates your progress, future-paces your new behaviours into upcoming real-world scenarios, and locks in your gains. Between sessions, you will receive session notes, targeted exercises to practise, and email support for any questions or challenges that arise between our meetings. After the programme, you will receive a comprehensive progress report summarising your development journey, key breakthroughs, techniques mastered, and a forward-looking action plan to maintain momentum independently. You will also have priority access to book follow-up sessions at a reduced rate.
