This exercise does exactly that. Built on NLP reframing methodology, it walks you through four structured steps: surfacing what you want to change, prioritising what matters most, naming what you genuinely don’t like, and rewriting each as a present-tense statement of reality. A fully worked example is included so you can see the depth and specificity that makes the difference.
It takes 20–30 minutes. You’ll come out the other side with 10 clear goal statements you can read aloud every morning - and a sharper sense of where to focus your energy.
