Refund Policy

I want you to feel confident investing in your development. This policy explains how refunds work for each of our services. If you have any questions, please get in touch before purchasing.
1. 1:1 Coaching Sessions
Single Sessions (£175)
• If you cancel with more than 24 hours’ notice before your scheduled session, you will receive a full refund or credit towards a future session — your choice.
• If you cancel with less than 24 hours’ notice, or do not attend (no-show), the session is forfeited. No refund or reschedule will be offered.
• Once a session has been delivered, it is non-refundable.
4-Session Package (£600)
• If you wish to discontinue your programme before all four sessions are used, a partial refund may be offered at our discretion.
• The refund is calculated at the single session rate (£175) for any sessions already delivered. The difference between what you paid and the single session cost of delivered sessions will be refunded.
• Example: If you’ve completed 2 of 4 sessions, that’s 2 × £175 = £350 for delivered sessions. Your refund would be £600 – £350 = £250.
• The same 24-hour cancellation and no-show policies apply to individual sessions within the package.
8-Session Programme (£1,100)
• The same partial refund calculation applies: sessions already delivered are charged at the single session rate (£175), and the balance is refunded.
• Example: If you’ve completed 3 of 8 sessions, that’s 3 × £175 = £525 for delivered sessions. Your refund would be £1,100 – £525 = £575.
• The same 24-hour cancellation and no-show policies apply to individual sessions within the programme.
Package Expiry
All packages are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase. Unused sessions after this period will expire and are non-refundable. In practice, most clients complete their programme well within this window.
2. Digital Products & Resources
Due to the nature of digital downloads, refunds are not available once the product has been delivered to your email. This includes PDF guides, workbooks, and any other digital resources purchased through this website.
If you experience a technical issue with a download (such as a corrupted file or delivery failure), please contact us and we will resolve the issue promptly — either by re-sending the file or issuing a refund.
3. Corporate & Organisational Services
For workshops, retained advisory, and organisational engagements, refund and cancellation terms are agreed in writing as part of the engagement proposal. These are scoped individually and may differ from the standard terms above.
4. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, contact us at mo@mofazlie.com with your name, the service purchased, and the reason for your request. We aim to process all refund requests within 10 working days.
5. Discovery Calls
Discovery calls are free and carry no financial commitment. If you book a discovery call and can no longer attend, simply let us know and we’ll reschedule. No charge applies.
6. Your Consumer Rights
Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights under UK consumer law, including the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013. If you have purchased a service at a distance (online), you may have a 14-day cooling-off period in certain circumstances. Contact us if you have questions about how this applies to your purchase.
